“Maybe I need to tuck in my thirst.”
-Jenni Lovette, Not Good Enough
Chapter 14
“I’ma make her scream my name, baby. She gon’ wanna marry me.” Adrian Marcel’s 5 Minutes bumped softly as Scotland climaxed. She lie on her back spent. As soon as she got off work, she met Knight at her place so he could have his way with her. All day long they’d been sending sexy messages to one another. By the time Scotland made it home, she was hot and bothered.
She and Knight didn’t waste any time tearing each other’s clothes off. The two of them went at each other like two wild animals. They hadn’t physically seen each other since they came back from Miami. A week had gone by. They missed each other like crazy.
How much they missed each other was shown through their love making. Scotland pulled the covers up over her breasts and watched as Knight stood up and placed on his pants. She wondered where he was going.
Knight zipped his pants and looked around her place. It was his first time being inside her crib. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great either. None of the fixtures or appliances was up-to-date. Some of the paint on her walls was chipping.
He was kind of frustrated because he couldn’t even get to fuck her like he wanted to because of her broken bed. He didn’t want it to collapse so he took it easy. Easy wasn’t his thing. He liked it rough. Fucking at her apartment was definitely not an option anymore. Knight sat on the end of the bed and placed on his dress socks.
“I’m ‘bout to get outta here in a minute.” He put on his shoes.
“You leaving already?” Scotland asked, disappointed.
“Yeah, I gotta get home.” He stood up and put on his shirt.
“I thought you would at least stay a little while. I haven’t seen you in a week. I didn’t think you were just gon’ smash and dash.” Scotland sat up and combed her fingers through her hair, frustrated.
“I’ll try to stay a little longer next time.”
“Next time?” Scotland eyed him in disbelief. “So that’s what this is gonna be? You just gon’ come over, fuck me and leave?”
“What are you talkin’ about?” Knight said annoyed. “I can’t stay as long as you want one time and it’s a problem? This my first time coming over here. You act like this is a continuous thing.”
“But it will become a continuous thing if I don’t put a stop to it now. I’m not gon’ be the girl that you fuck on the side,” Scotland declared.
“Who said you was gon’ be? What the fuck is wrong wit’ you?”
“You! You’re what’s wrong with me. I’m starting to feel like this ain’t nothing but a game to you.”
Scotland felt herself cracking. Everything YaYa said was coming to fruition. Scotland had just been too foolish to see it.
“You about to come on or something ‘cause you trippin’?”
“No, I’m not about to come on. My period ain’t got shit to do with this.
